Multichannel Gas Regulator
Multichannel gas regulator МРРГ01 is developed for control of process gas delivery in laser stations. Regulators РРГ12 are used for consumption regulation; valves of Camozzi Corporation at pressure of up to 12 atm. are used for channel activation. The device controls input pressure in the lines and gas flow in each of 4 channels and due to merging of output channels it allows to create controlled percentage gas mixtures. General control is realized by microprocessor controller MGC02. The technique of pulse opening of valve allows for higher operating pressure in the lines, up to 20 atm.
